Smart home is the manifestation of the internetization of the Internet. Through the Internet of Things technology, smart homes connect various devices in the house (such as audio-visual equipment, lighting system, curtain control, air conditioning control, security system, digital cinema system, audio-visual server, photo cabinet system, network appliances, etc.) together, providing various functions and means such as home appliance control, lighting control, remote control via phone, indoor and outdoor remote control, anti-theft alarm, environmental monitoring, HVAC control, infrared forwarding, and programmable timing control. Compared with ordinary homes, smart homes not only have traditional living functions but also integrate architecture, network communication, information appliances, and equipment automation, providing comprehensive information interaction functions, and even saving funds for various energy costs [2]. The concept of smart home originated a long time ago, but no specific building cases emerged until 1984 when the United Technologies Building System of the United States applied the concept of informationization and integration of building equipment to the CityPlace Building in Hartford, Connecticut, USA. Then the first 'intelligent building' was born, thus kicking off the worldwide race to build smart homes.
